A scissor pouch is an excellent way to protect your scissors from little hands and to transport them to sewing courses too. One of my favorite courses was taught at Kidderminster library.
The scissor bag is a true beginners item and goes perfectly well with Debbie Coles 'Boxy Bag'. I had come across her site 'SoSewEasy.com and immediately thought what a great idea it was for my sewing courses. It certainly more attractive then my tool box and my student absolutely loved making them. The Internet is just brilliant because you can follow some of our projects 'online' and this one gives you all the accessory templates free of charge. So here we make a start with my scissor pouch. A simple idea but not quite so simple once you get going.... Lucky for you I have already made all the mistakes so you don't have to.
The pattern was changed more times then I care to remember but now it works perfectly!
